Recent legislation has substantially increased the responsibilities of pension fund trustees. There is now a much tighter legal framework within which trustees must operate. We are able to act as a professional trustee working alongside the existing trustees. Alternatively, we can act as secretary to the Trustees to ensure compliance with the law.
