Cotton House is located on Queen Street between Spinningfields business area and Manchester Town Hall. There are NCP car parks located nearby and short-stay (1 hour) pay and display car parking on Queen Street.
By Air Manchester Airport is approx 10 miles from our office. There is a direct rail link to Manchester Piccadilly Station. Taxis are available from the Airport. By Rail Both Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria railway stations are only a few minutes taxi ride away from our office and both are on the Metrolink network. Alternatively, at Piccadilly Station, board the free Metroshuttle bus (No. 1) to John Dalton Street. From there carry on to the end of John Dalton Street, turn left onto Deansgate. Queen Street is the next street on the left. By Metrolink (Tram) The nearest Metrolink stop is St Peter's Square which is a five minute walk to our office. From St Peter's Square, walk between Central Library (the round building) and Manchester Town Hall into Albert Square. Opposite the Town Hall, walk down Brazennose Street and across Lincoln Square into Queen Street. By Road Manchester is easily accessible from the motorway network. From the South, via M6 Jn 19, A556, M56, A5103 Princess Parkway, A57(M) Mancunian Way, A56 Deansgate. From the West, via M62 Jn 12, M602, A57 Regent Road, A56 Deansgate. From the North West, via M61, M60 (towards Stretford, not Leeds), M602, A57 Regent Road, A56 Deansgate. From the North East, via M62, M60 Jn 17, A56 Bury New Road which becomes Deansgate. From the East, via M67, A57 Hyde Road, A57(M) Mancunian Way, A56 Deansgate.Parking is available at Great Northern NCP (turn off Deansgate at the Hilton Hotel - left if approaching from Bury New Road, right if approaching from the Mancunian Way).
